PTSD Service Dogs

Since 2012, we have been savings lives on dog at a time. But what does that actually mean?

Our Mission

North American K9 is a Veteran based program dedicated to helping those in need, while giving dogs in rescues a second chance. Our mission is to help Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders and battered women and children take back their lives. PTSD Service Dogs are carefully selected by our skilled staff and paired with one of our clients, helping them to return to a more independent life. Each dog is tailored to the clients specific needs, addressing individual symptoms to better assist that individual. With the generous support of sponsors and donors we are able to provide Service Dogs at little to no cost, opening up access to those unable to afford the $30,000 national average cost. Decades worth of experience and expertise has been applied to perfecting our program, and because of that we are able to produce the highest quality Service Dogs for our clients.
